I was amused by an image depicting the similarity of two situations which could really happen under some lucky circumstances. One of them happened in the1930s when Karel Absolon, during his archeological excavations found Venus of Věstonice, besides a huge pile of mammoth ivory, animal bones and other traces of people who lived on the Pálava Hills more than 20,000 years ago. The other situation, given the circumstance are really favourable, will happen some time in the future in Pálava, too, this time in the site where Mikulov once stood. A future Absolon will dig out one of the well deposited artifacts created at the „dílna“ symposium. And if everything goes the wa it should, it will be one of Václav Stratil's penis-art works created on unstable paper. As I see it, penis will no longer exist in that time and the founders will be just as perplexed as we are today when we look at Venus of Věstonice and have no clue.
